This entire event is very casual and laid back. For those of you with kids, we will have child care provided and you can drop your kids off at this time.
8:00 PM A panel discussion to kick off our weekend will be happening in the main sanctuary. The theme for our weekend is all about life, balance and mental health. We want you to have the opportunity to ask questions and glean from some incredible leaders.
Panelists: Rev. Paul Thornton, Bro. Kent Carter, Sis. Melissa Carter, and Rev. David Ferrell

Why should I go to Hyphen Retreat 2022?
Here's the thing. We don't want you to come to Hyphen Retreat
just because we want you to come.
We want you to come so that you can experience a refreshing, life changing,
inspiring weekend that will empower you and equip you as you move
through life.
90%, if not all of us, could agree that 2022 has been a busy year. After the past two years that we've had, it seems like all of a sudden someone hit fast forward and it's almost 2023.
You guys are the ones who are doing most of the work.
You're studying hard to get a degree. You're raising kids. You're working full time. You're paying bills, paying off student loans, buying diapers, and you're doing it all while also giving your time and talents to God's kingdom. You're serving in your local churches, you're volunteering in your communities, you're teaching Sunday school, and leading the church choir.
It's time to fill your cup.
This Hyphen retreat was designed to bring together 18-35 year olds who are all facing similar struggles in life right now, even though we all may be at different stages. Whether you're 18 or 35, married or single, in university or working a career, we ALL need connection, direction, and advice as we journey on this life.
Too many times, we let our mental health suffer. We are trying to figure out how to balance everything at once. Time. Money. Health. Education. Work. Family. It can get overwhelming at times.
Some of you may be thinking, another thing to add to my calendar? I just can't do it.
But this event is just not another thing to mark down on your calendar and attend. This is a chance for you to fill your cup. To rekindle the passion inside of your heart. To find some rest. To connect with people and strengthen relationships.
The entire focus of the weekend is on mental health and balance. We're bringing in some of the best speakers to inspire you and challenge you.
This weekend is all about You. Your purpose. Your calling. You.
You won't want to miss it. Not only because we're going to have AMAZING coffee and really great food (though, you really won't want to miss that!) But because this weekend could change the course of your life and be exactly what you need!
